  1. It's Hyundai, with a "y" after the "H".
  2. If you're comparing to Hyundai to imply poor quality, you're severely misinformed. Have you checked out a Hyundai recently? They're building some outstanding vehicles and have been doing so for the past several years. Hyundai and Kia (which falls under Hyundai's corporate umbrella) are two of the most successful, fastest growing auto manufacturers in the world. They didn't get that way by producing low quality vehicles.
  3. If you see the C5 as a superior car to the C7, so be it. Not many will agree with you, though.

This has to be one of the strangest reviews to date... I owned a C5Z06 and it was no where near the quality or design. The C5 had rubber buttons like my spa... The window buttons are nearly the same on a lot of premium cars like Audi, BMW, etc. They even have real metal to highlight them

I don't get it

Last time I checked hyundai did not have electronic door openers.

Have a c7 and love it. Its on par if not nicer than my cts-v coupe interior, oh yeah that car has electronic latches too, maybe i should replace both cars with a Tiberon and Sonata.

Problem solved, get yourself a C5 if you don't already have one. Apparently everyone, except you, is wrong about the C7.

According to his forum profile he has a '98 convertible (or as he refers to it, convertable).

It seems to me that the C7 cabin may not be the best place for big folks. Perhaps you would fit better in a Hyundai.

Cheers.
I personally know several owners of Porsche, Aston Martin and Ferrari that are selling/trading for a C7. I think they would beg to differ about your assessment of the interior.

I vote instead of closing the thread, we put him back in the C7 and disconnect the battery and let natural selection happen.

With the seat all the way down and back I felt like I was looking through the top of the windshield. I am 6'3" and do not have that experience in my C5 vert. The switch buttons for the windows and memory options also feel very light and flimsy. Better suited for a TV remote or XBOX control. For the likes of me I could not open the passenger door from the outside. Made sure that the doors were electrically unlocked. Did not like the inside door button. Why not a real latch.
Trunk was full of the top. Two other people said they doubted that you could put 2 full golf bags in the trunk. My C5 trunk has ample room even with the top down and stored in the trunk.
I was totally unimpressed by this remarkable car of the year.
Is it bighank or Big Yank? Enjoy your Korean masterpiece!

This is funny. The C7 interior is the the first in the Corvette line to even come close to more expensive cars and THIS is what you have a major problem with? You are OK with the interior of the C5 but not the C7? I think you are permanently stuck in the '90s... I suppose that's OK

I think Hell just froze over

I sat in a C-7 at a dealer nearby and was astounded at the interior ! The way it felt and looked was amazing ! Do I think the C-5 has a ugly interior ? No way, but time marches on and you can certainly tell it was time well spent ! The C-7 is beautiful.

I could say a bunch of things here, criticizing this character, but really all that needs to be said is that if you think a small steering wheel is a problem, then you shouldn't be driving a Corvette, and clearly have no understanding of performance, feedback, and much of anything to do with a performance vehicle. Goof.
