Default Disturbing Trend + Beauty Shot

I hope this trend doesn't continue: so far I've spent more in aftermarket items than I have miles on the car. This could get ugly.

Looks good! The simple solution is to drive it more.

Lloyd mats, thumb drive for iTunes, CAGS eliminator, touch-up paint in LBR and CFM, side skirts that I haven't had time to test fit, undercoat, prime, and paint yet. Enjoying the car, though.

I hope you realize you will get nothing for the mods when you sell, sometimes they cost you.

Mods look great what a difference from stock. Where did you get the red caliper covers from?

I've spent more than 10% of the sales price on mods and think I'm done. It's a slippery slope.

The key is to de-mod back to stock and sell the mods separately and the car in stock form. That's why I keep every stock part that I pull off my cars.

OP - your car looks stunning. Great color choice. If I add another C7 to my stall, it might just be LBR...

I didn't buy it to resell it. A car is a depreciating asset, mods or no. I bought it, and will modify it, to my taste and for my pleasure. Nothing else (except maybe the wife's approval of the bills).

It was going to be DSOM until I went to last year's Bash. LBR knocked my socks off. Thankfully my wife agreed with the choice once she saw one in person. I doubt I'll be doing anything too radical. Probably the MGW shifter and maybe a replacement steering wheel in two-tone. We bought the car for road trips so anything I do will be to enhance that (and the looks). I probably won't track it other than parade laps. Social Security doesn't buy too many sets of tires

So far. I've only had it three weeks.

I was told I couldn't have been a real sailor since I didn't drink coffee, I didn't smoke cigarettes, I didn't have a tattoo, and I'd never had an STD. Maybe this covers the last one.

Like me, I believe most of us had a pile of parts BEFORE we actually received our vehicles.

The covers are manufactured by MGP. They retail for about $200.00 for a set of four. I purchased them on sale somewhere for $160.00. Very easy to install. In fact, it takes more time to remove the wheel than it does to install the cover...

And I hope you realize that those of us that do mod their cars in some way truly don't give a crap what you think ! It's not your car, you didn't pay for it nor have (are) you paying for his/my mods. In fact, it's pretty damn arrogant on your part to dump on someone that has or is modding their car. Last but not least, your statement about not getting anything back is when the car is sold is pure bulls*it. I've gotten money back on all the hard parts I've ever installed that could be removed when I've traded or sold my cars.

I don't see anything ugly in that photo.
