Time to open her up!

Times 2 here. (Actually, this was somewhere in Texas on our way home from the museum. Times 6 right now.)

Yes, my point was how tachometer "red line" changed from 499 to 500 miles.

I also just went to 500 miles today. Nice to see the yellow band disappear from the tach. It was beautiful and 67 in St. Louis today. My wife could not believe the attention this car gets just cruising down the interstate.
Of course, the weather is forecast to get wintry tomorrow, and for the next 7 days. Can't wait for better weather. I am so anxious to rev this puppy to 6500.

Pretty cool. Earlier someone posted a video of the changeover. Gotta love the new 8" screen DIC. (Geeze, that might have been a bit obscene without the word "screen" in there)

That is pretty cool and a great reminder to take it easy during the break in period.

The yellow/red RPM suggestions come back when the engine is cold. Pretty neat reminder to take it easy.

WOW this is odd, I swear that mine didn't ever change. It only had 6mi when I got it and seems like there was no yellow line on the tach. Just red at 6500. Maybe I'm wrong. Hey Vic T where did you get yours? Bought mine from Jim Trenary in O'fallen. Great service from Dave Derhoff.

I was so anxious for mine to flip (and it took me 8 weeks because of constant business trips), that I drove back and forth on Route 75 from McKinney, Texas to Sherman, Texas 3 times to get it done.
