I finally had time to properly detail my Stingray to my standards in preparation for a show this weekend. Well, I actually made time...from like 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday night/Friday morning. And Glen, before you tell me I spent way too much time on it, I must first state that I was also detailing my '73 Stingray at the same time (performed each step on both cars as I went along). I detailed the exterior, interior, and engine compartment. Here are the final results...let me know what you think.

Thanks to all! As for rock chips, there is a pretty good one on the hood and about 30 noticeable ones on the aftermarket splitter. However, someone tipped me off that a black permanent marker would take care of the chips on the splitter, and they have all almost completely disappeared!

The grill area looks so much better blacked out. Great job.

Thanks, all! And yes, Lisa, you definitely should get a "Mini Me" too!
(I need to add the Stingray stinger stripe to my "Mini Me!")

You did great and have the car looking beautiful. Love the Stingray emblem on the hood.
So, how did you do at the show?

On your picture of the wheels, the lug nuts are not lined up correctly (lol) On some concourse judging events all screw heads and bolts should line up correctly or points are deducted. On a serious note, your C7 looks great!!
