I think I replied in your other thread but seriously man try to get your money back and contact a forum dealership where they can get you a 14' built to your liking in 8-10 weeks.

Yes. If 2015 prices are higher than current pricing, your price will change. All 2014 orders that remain on the books will be deleted when 2014 production ends. A new 2015 order would have to be entered. With the last price increase, you were price protected only if you had an order in the system and that order is subsequently built.

See that's my question would they build my 2015 at the same 2014 price since my order was already put in or will they cancel my order and give me my deposit back if they take too long to build my z51???? Or will they ask me to rebuild for a 2015 model

You your 2014 order will most likely be cancelled and your 2015 order will be subject to the new 2015 prices. If you want an auto I do not think the 6 spd auto will be available as it is being replaced with the 8 spd and it is a pretty good chance it will be a bit pricey.

What pisses me off is why would they even take your deposit if they can't get the z51 built by August ???

simple answer... they don't care... the deposit is probably non-refundable.

Did you sign a contract or any sort of agreement ?

Did you put the deposit on your CC?

That's pretty much up to your dealer and whether or not they have allocation. The big guys with allocations are still getting cars built. 2014 production ends the first week in August as I recall. Still plenty of time to build a car (again, subjecxt to your dealers allocation status)

Your 2014 order gets cancelled if not built by the end of 2014 model year production. A new order MUST be entered for 2015 model year. Therefore, no protection against a price increase until that 2015 order is entered and 2015 prices are released. I can't say what your dealer will do with your deposit if the car is not built as 2014 model year. That is dependent on your contract (or whatever you have in writing).

Do the forum dealers sell at MSRP and the courtesy delivery about how much do they charge for that or should I just wait for the 2015 this whole process is stressful lol

Some of the forum dealers are selling at a discount (none that I am aware of are selling above MSRP). Courtesy delivery is charged by the dealer that does the delivery, not by the selling dealer. Price varies, but typically $250-$500.

Man, I sure hope you got some extra money. If that fellow above told you in your other thread to go in another direction, unfortunately it's turning out that way. Here's hoping you can turn it around.

Could be.......but all dealerships I checked on before making a decision WERE refundable until the order had been placed and accepted by GM.

If the order is accepted by GM that means the car should be built though correct ?

It's got to be accepted for production (again your dealer will need an allocation). Just placing the order into GM's system (status 1100) means nothing without the allocation.
