TSW Nurburgring center caps
So, I just replaced my stock C7 painted wheels with some machine faced TSW Nusburgrings and I'd like to know if there is any chance the stock center caps would fit the new wheels? If not, is there another option for putting C7 flags on my new wheels?

I couldn't help you but I'm sure C7Jake will be along soon to post his pictures. 
Actually, you could probably take the stock caps, remove the C7 flags from the caps, cut the little tabs off them and glue them on your existing center caps.
