Default Museum Delivery, then to Tail of the Dragon

Drove home to Durham, NC from Bowling Green yesterday. Took Tail of the Dragon, and had a blast. Didn't push it hard because I was still breaking it in...however I love how the car drives and puts down power.

Got some nice pictures as well...

Nice way to break it in. Beautiful pics, and of course Laguna Blue rocks!

I'll try to get some soon. Car is at the dealership right now.

Initially, I had planned to take it in just to get the State Inspection done, however 2 problems with the car happened during delivery yesterday that I wasn't able to resolve through the car settings.

1) Seat moves forward all the way every time I open the door. Even when I have the setting set to not change position at all. If anything, the seat should move back when opening the door (both getting in and out).

2) Passenger side mirror does not return to up position after being in reverse. I had to adjust that manually every time until I just turned the feature off.

So...I'm without my car for the rest of today (sigh), and maybe longer if they need to order parts.

Very cool,
I was planning to do the same thing (Museum delivery and TOD), but coming back to GA.

Like a poster above, any pics of the interior? I was thinking of getting the Kalahari interior too.

Put my deposit down on a '15 with Les Stanford and torn between Laguna Blue or DSOM.

Have fun with her,
Rich

I took one of the roads which was *** Parkway...can't remember the name, and doesn't really show that on Google Maps now. Pretty much explored all 3 roads in to the center where they meet.

Default Comp Seats

Beautiful C7--I really like the Laguna Blue. Give us your impressions of the comp seats for daily driving and long distance road trip comfort. Thanks

Well, I spent all day in the seats. Drove yesterday for about 14 hours to get home on mostly side roads, though I did take a bit of 40.

I think the seats are comfortable enough...I've had worse. Compared to my Audi seats, they aren't as comfortable for long hauls, but that's because of the lack of bolstering on the Audi. The Competition Seats make you keep your back straight, so overall that's actually good

Congrats on taking delivery of your car and having a blast on the way home. Too bad about the two problems though - hope the dealer gets them resolved asap.
