Stingray vs Audi RS5
Take a peek at these videos. It is a Stingray and Audi RS5.
The reason I find this interesting is for two reasons. First, I rode in a friend's Audi RS5 several months ago. The car was extremely quick and rode very nice. Second, on paper, the RS5 and Stingray are almost identical in the 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times. The RS5 is a 4 second car to 60 and a 12 second car in the quarter while the Ray is 3.8 and a 12 second car, roughly, in the quarter mile with a 11.8 time on good runs.
I'm surprised at how the Ray walks away from the RS5 in these videos. Mods perhaps?

Video seems pretty pointless to me. RS5 nice, C7 nice ooooh and there are a lot more. Good thing you didn't post a video showing that Audi smoking the C7...or you would most definitely be thrashed.

My point is there are so many of the "they VS the C7" threads. We all bought the Vette because that is what "we" wanted and the people that bought other brands bought what they wanted.

According to the Cdn site for the RS5 it lists 0-100 km/hr in 4.7 sec. The stats are as follows:
Horsepower (SAE hp @ rpm) 450 @ 8250 rpm — — —
Torque (lbs/ft @ rpm) 317 @ 4000 - 6000 rpm
Seems the C7 has a clear advantage in the torque department. Also the RS5 is 1820 kgs or just over 4000 lbs curb weight whereas the vette is around 3400lbs and change. Those differences would be my guess and perhaps a better C7 driver with who knows what mods if any. Still a quick sedan.
