I do know some get them right away.And then others it seems like
Forever.I'm waiting also.

I'm really kind of surprised on the number of threads and comments there are about this small token item. To me it doesn't seem to be a worth more than a brief shrug. I'd imagine shipping out a little promo booklet isn't a priority to the marketing company Chevy tasked to do this, and mistakes are made.

I kind of agree with you.There isn't any monetary value there.
It's just A little benefit from purchasing the c7.

GM is fickle, Volt owners also get a nifty new owner gift and many didn't get there's and I got TWO.

I wound up giving one to a fellow Volt owners.

But it seems there is no rhyme or reason to how they administer this program.

Since I haven't taken delivery of my C7 yet I have one question. Has this been confirmed as an "official" GM program or is it a "dealer" program?

Could be the dealers are not following through.
