I had always believed the rear spoiler was always installed by the dealer, but I guess in the case of the Z51 they are installed at the factory...

Cool video, but it's been posted here a dozen times since last Fall.

Here's one from last September:

I see the red ones. Are the other colored ones assembled the same way?

The production line, robots, and assembly fixtures are as awesome as the actual C7, we all read about the car designers and engineers that developed the car. But as much credit should go to the Production engineers that developed this assembly line, aluminum chassis fixtures etc.
Just incredible

I really enjoyed watching that video. Great to see all the men and women that were so hands on, as I assumed more was done by robotics. Awesome stuff. Thanks for sharing!

You can sell a young mans car to an old man but not an old mans car to a young man.

I drove my C7 from Omaha to Bowling Green a few weeks ago. The tour is fantastic. I'm #1 on my dealer to order a 15 ZO6 and I plan on having a museum delivery ... so I can see the car ... but just so I can go through the tour again.... I had a great time.

We learn so much from this forum. I knew several of the answers to the questions from the group in the tour, where the guide did not know the answer. At one point she gave me the mic and I provided an overview. If I only had a video of that moment

To see the marriage of the chassis to the body is just amazing.
