Default CF Dash review

Looking for some long term reviews for those that swapped their original dash for the FAY Carbon Fiber one. Have you guys experienced any rattles or creeks since the swap? Any other type of annoyances to be aware of ? Only reason I ask is because I'm giving thought to doing the swap as well but a bit nervous.

Thanks

I swapped mine when I got my car back in Jan. Cost was around $550 including shipping from Bob at Fitchner Chevrolet. I will keep this short and simple. I love it and it was worth every penny!

Likewise, no rattles at all.

Not at all, I've never had a GM car have this many fasteners on the interior. It will NOT rattle with how well it's held in.

I also did mine myself and made a whole thread with a step by step process.

Bought mine from the Chevy dealer for $530 out the door (including tax). Swapped it myself using the online instructional video. Sold my standard dash for $100. Final cost = $430.

No squeeks, creaks, or rattles. There are so many torx sceews and clips that hold it in place... well secured. Do it. Order one asap.

Good to know that it can be bought at the dealer over the counter for considerably less money than ordering it on the car.
