Most likely when it hits the order workbench. I'm good for credit union/supplier pricing with my dealer, so as soon as it's available I will start counting numbers.

My dealer(Hendricks Cary) has been absolutely wonderful so far. Sent PM a few weeks back, called to order on 7/18, accepted with absolutely no deposit, and at 3000 as of today. And I have a body color roof which is on constraint. Still have my order in, and they will honor supplier discount.

I'm stoked.

Les Stanford is accepting supplier pricing now for 15's. I was just put on the list yesterday.

I post this every time but it bears repeating. Supplier pricing is only "accepted" when the car is delivered. There is no such thing as honoring supplier pricing at time of order. What they are doing is guaranteeing that at time of delivery, if GM has enabled supplier pricing, they will honor it.

They are also 99% positive that it will be extended as historically GM has never removed a car from the program within a model generation. Expect the Stingray to remain in the program up until the C8. BTW, special models like the Z06 will have their own life cycle within the program.
