I ordered a VxC3 after seeing one in person, the AR1 for me was too close to the std tuning fork z51 wheel as someone said above. The VX is the look I am going for.

I agree that the AR1s are similar to the OEM wheels, but I think the concave face really adds some much needed depth to the look of the wheels. Plus as mentioned, I want something in between chrome and black.

Sounds good. Did you order the VX in Transparent Smoke? Looking forward to the pics.

I wish.....The AR1- and the Vx will be not concave at all, the c7 won't allow it. See what I mean here of a vx on a c7, pretty flat:
I'm sure Gerry will have ar's soon on here.
Now with a z06 fender refit, you can have a concave look!

BTW, And easy way to coat/protect these wheels is a product called Carpro Hydro 2 . Same manufacture as Cquartz. You spray it on the wheel wet you blast with more water and dry it and it's coated. Such an easy way to keep a complex wheel like this or z06 wheels in great shape. I highly recommend it. Not for ceramic brake option.
