Default Not one to leave well enough alone...

I have a little history of modding Corvettes.

I've been talking to my good friends Nick and Steve Doten at American Racing Headers (ARH) about another set of LT's for this vette. Met up with them at Carlisle up on the lift it went. Steve did the install himself. I did get a CEL but I'm working with Doug from ECS on a tune that will work in the Diablo InTune. Should have that this week.

The car sounds insane at full song now. Some butt dyno improvement also. With sound management turned on it's no louder than stock at highway speeds but still screams when you mash the go pedal. With sound management off, you get a nice blapaddy blapaddy sound at lower RPM.

ARH Long Tubes - Highly Recommended! Thanks Nick and Steve!

Congrats. That's a good mod to install on the car.

Kevin,

Thanks for enduring the not so pleasant weather we had on Saturday. For the record that was the first ARH C7 long tube installation at Carlisle.

Nice to have met you along with the "Gentleman's Cruiser II". For those that may have transitioned from the C5 section, Kevin was one of the pioneers in the L92 cylinder head installed on a 4inch(or greater) bore motor. His white C5 vert was one of the nicest on the forum IMHO.

Thanks for the kind words Steve and thanks for installing the top shelf ARH headers. This is just a continuation with ARH. I've been running them since 2005. The GCII will probably not end up as extreme as the original Cruiser but will follow the same thread of making logical improvements.

Thanks again and thank Nick for me.
