It looks good. But let me ask a question similar to one above: have you noticed any engine temp change upwards? I would guess at highway speeds it may not happen. Possibly it could in around-town driving under very hot temps. Tell us what you see re engine/oil temps. And have a good caravan!

Had a Nylon bra on my '08 C6 that I used for long trips and had the same result, very hot days, car cooled fine.

I ordered mine through the museum store and got 10% off. They will hold it until my pickup date and install it and the mirror covers for $25.
Saved me from taking it with me and I'll feel better driving back to Arizona with it on.

^^^^ I'll be using mine again to meet this young man in Eureka Springs for the Corvette Event there on the first weekend of October.

Chafing does not occur, one of the moderators here just went hundreds of miles with his and no chafing. Mine has 300 easily with no chafing - one more time: this is not a new type product, the mesh bras have been on prev gens and has no real downside...they just flat work....
I am worried about it discoloring or making the clear bra...

watch out for the "holes" that might show up on the bottom and tears in the corners where you tuck the ends behind the splitter. I am on my 3rd one. This is a very cool idea but lacks the ruggedness needed for long term use...imo

Looking for this installation instruction for the Novistretch Bra
Received my Novistretch Bra yesterday, installed today. Thanks RPI Designs, great service!
It is an easy install however I added some washers and spacers not in the instructions. Also the last two install steps are hard to see in the pics they provide. This is a 7 page picture install with details of the mods I made: http://netwelding.com/Nylon_Bra.pdf
Pics of Finished Install

Anyone still have this install instruction to pass on to me?
Thanks

Then again, it eliminates a ton of junk from getting clogged in the radiator.
Even with a slight increase in temp still a big fan.

The PDF link shown in your post 51 that had my old post still works. http://netwelding.com/Nylon_Bra.pdf
Have not modified my new Grand Sport with Stage 2 aero to have the bra fit, but will.
I installed Stage 3 Winglets and used 1 inch long stainless male snaps as longer screws are needed for that install. I also bought snap extensions since the bra will have to expand around the Winglets. Pics and sources on page 4 of this PDF.

Am waiting to receive and install a type of plastic splitter protector before I drill the bottom holes to add the two male snaps to accept those on the bra. That worked fine for the carbon fiber splitter I added to my 2014 C7. Will post pics/PDF when finished.

I have had mine about a yr and used it about 6 times. Keeps junk out of rad. but if you catch a rock in any area other than the rad. it will chip or scratch. Just look at the material it is not bullet proof. It is easy on and off but I chose not to remove the under hood plastic side pieces to attach the two straps on each side. I did this on my 16 stingray and R&R several times distorted the plastic push in pieces so they didn't fit tight after repeated use. There are other areas you can attach to, I use a small short bungy cord to attach to a point under the hood on drivers side and there is a hook area on pass. side plastic piece to attach. Having said that I like the product and use it whenever I go on any trip but don't be fooled into thinking it will protect your painted area if you catch a rock.

I want to protect my paint as much as the next guy. Likely you would do this if you didn't do 3M.
I'm wanting to do some road trips this summer BUT having a really hard time with this approach. You are so worried about paint chips making the front end of your car not look good at less than 10 feet that you put on a bra that makes the front end of your car look ugly at 100 feet +.

Frankly I can live with a few small chips and Chip Doctor does a good job. I am not a fan of coving my car in plastic wrap but don't want to deal with bugs. Plastic wrap does nothing to keep bugs out of the rad!
When needed for longer trips the Bra has worked great. Form (appearance) Follows Function, so when bugs are out in quantity the Bra works and therefore looks great!

Got mine last week for an upcoming trip. Installation was easy on my GS. But shock came first time parking looking for the parking space bumper on the camera. Like looking through a very heavy screen or scarf. You have to look hard but you can make out the bumper.
