OP isn't the only one with bad karma concerns...
I met another c7 driver yesterday...
had seen the silver a few weeks ago, but across 4 lane road going the opposite direction.
yesterday, we were facing off, turning opposite directions... saw the silver at the last minute, stuck arm out roof...waved
couple minutes later, i see the silver whip a u-turn and drives back to where I was parked.
driver apologized for not waving.
Very nice lady. 12th vette...silver 2lt/m7/chrome wheels. told her about the forum, etc. karma restored

About a month ago I was driving my Vette and my mind was just blissfully wandering. I was looking the direction of the oncoming cars and was kind of admiring a dark red car coming my way. I wasn't really focused on the oncoming car but it was part of my blissful wandering thoughts. I was thinking that's nice looking car. About the time my focus returned, I realized two people were frantically waving at me. By the time it all came together in my mind, we were windshield to windshield. I hope they saw my quick wave but who knows. The had a nice looking vette though.

Took the '14 out for a drive, late afternoon, 4 lanes of traffic with 2 going in the opposite direction. I was at one stop light and the other car was in the oncoming lanes at a red light a few hundred feet away.
It was a C6 but with the sun in my eyes............I mistook it........for a..........Miata.........
Dayum..........by the time I realized it was a Vette, I threw my hand up to wave but I don't think it was in time.
Do you think this C7 thing is getting to me?
