Oops.

Sorry. LOL, the engine is fine. I meant the 1LT option/interior package.

I've corrected my original post.

I do wish the Corvette had an engine completely unique to the vette (ie, not also available in a Tahoe) like the 427 LS7 but I understand and appreciate the economies that come with the LT1 6.2 which makes current pricing possible. But if I could pay $3-$5k more for a 427 uniquely designed and only available in the vette, I would.

But none of this had anything to do with my typo, and I didn't add it to my original list because I don't think
Team Corvette in MI has any interest in such a thing.

Better quality carpet.
Z51 Brakes that don't require cooling rings.
More customization of displays and HUD.
Allow PDR to transmit over 4G in real time.
A nice polished wheel.
Tow hook.
Real-time updates to Nav.
Remove stick on automatic, its just wasted space.
Two-tone paint.
More color choices, interior and exterior.
Cameras instead of rear view mirrors.
360 degree cameras - recordable.
Interior camera - recordable.
Night vision - displayed on HUD.

With no stick on the automatic, how do you put it into Reverse, Park or Neutral?
Please, no two tone paint jobs. That is so 1970's.
Rear view mirrors are required by federal law, so cameras replacing these mirrors can't happen until the laws change.

Default Simple for me...how about a button to push to close the rear hatch?

No more slamming the hatch. Also, the rear camera is nice, but it would be nice to have a sound sensor when you are getting close.

LOL.. Noob thinks minimum options cheapens the brand.

There is irony in there.

It's actually not a bad idea (more attractive, of course). The Tesla sports car of a few years back had that. On the console was three letters - P,D and R.......and it was pretty hot for what it was!

How many people have said, No key?!?! How will you start it??

I'd like to see an increase in legroom to at least match that of the previous generation. No way I'm going to give up my C6 for anything in which I cannot be comfortable on a long trip.

A convertible top that better follows the lines of the car. Something like the convertible top on the BMW 6 Series...

blind spot sensors

a power sliding moon roof. I don't care to take the top off nor do I care for the creeks that come with its design. (More like the new Porsche Targa)

more carbon fiber interior elements like center console and possibly door inserts.

Better infotainment interface.

More wheel options

Power pull down hatch

reduce overall weight. Through options like lighter wheels see above two piece rotors titanium exhaust etc.etc.

I think a model between the Z51 and the Z06 something that splits the difference in power and maybe 100lbs lighter see above.

That's all for now

Carbon fiber option (FAY) extended to the entire console. Do away with the cheap plastic console.
