It's not that easy, but what's more important knowing that it can or that it will. Watch GM Engineer at 4.60. But remember they say the 2015 is .1 faster.

2 points, the .1 sec faster is the delta between the A6 and A8 not the M7 and second launching a manual is no easy task. There are far too many "hero's" that think just because a handful of drivers can lay down a wicked fast time that they can.

When I had my 07 Z06 and hung out with that crowd I saw many times Z06's getting their head handed to them by lessor cars because of better drivers.

Use a giant sail on a downhill slope with a strong tailwind.

No different than when you go to the strip and every car is off by a second or more over the manufacturer's numbers. Combination of the driver and sub-optimal track conditions.

Just shows the gage R&R between drivers and conditions....imagine a C7 being whooped by a lowly C5er on the ball at a light.

I feel just because the namufacturer says it can do 3.8 0-60 doesn't mean 80-90% of us
Are going to ever do it.Maybe A race car driver has A better chance.

To get those optimal times you literally have to slam the shifter into gear like you are punching the dash and your life depended on it. I had a WS6 TA and was running 14.2 at the track. I let one of my buddies run it and he got a 13.5 but he literally punched my radio on accident trying to slam it into 3rd.

Some mag tester ran that, most likely a stick and a crappy driver, plus Colorado in the summer isnt the best place to be making passes...

Chrysler says 10.80s with drag radials at sea level and I believe them.
