ACS Side Rockers: Zero1 or Zero7??
I am about to order ACS Splitter and Rockers. I like the look of the Zero7 better then the Zero1 but I'm thinking the Zero1 may give me more protection on my rockers from gravel etc. thrown up by the front tires. I will also be installing OEM splash guards on all 4 corners. Any thoughts from those of you that have either on your C7?

I'm going with the Zero7 because I like the looks of them better. I installed Xpel on the rockers already to protect them.

Both styles of rockers offer equal amount of undercarriage protection as they both cover the complete painted surface. The difference lies on the outside, the Zero7 is much wider in the front edge so it will shield more rocks from hitting the rocker, door, fender and even mirror surfaces.
Both are also coated with a rock guard surface on the underside and will work with the GM splash guards.

I also have the ACS Front Splitter with wind deflectors.
Both in carbon flash metallic.
Had them wrap with XPEL.

I'm the dissenting opinion, and in the minority, I know. So don't be a hater. I totally disagree with the opinion that the Zero7 fits the style or lines of the car better. In my opinion, they cut in too far to fit the lines. The C7 is more about hard edges than rounded edges. When looking at the lower midsection of the car, my eye is drawn to the hard, lower straight edge on the door. That being the case, the Zero1 actually looks more like it fits the car than the Zero7. In my mind, the indented area is not just cosmetic, but an attempt to help people get in and out of the car without hitting the splitter. My solution, actually lift your leg when getting in and out of the car. You won't scuff your sill plate that way either. Here's a pic of the Zero1 that shows how it actually compliments the lines on the door. Again, just my opinion...

I guess my opinion should not count, but here it is ;-)
The Zero7 rockers are purpose built, they are very efficient for what they were intended to do (Both Aerodynamically and from a protection standpoint) The Zero1 on the other hand are a balance and are much more complimentary to the Stingray's line. Either way i don't think there is a right answer to this questions. Options are always great.
I find pictures don't do them justice, especially in Carbon Flash. Here are some images in body color which truly showcases their shape and attention to detail. While designing the Zero1 we made sure it followed the door and rocker lines along with the reflections of the surfaces...

I have the Zero 1 rockers installed, and in my opinion they just look like they belong on the car!

The great thing about all the different Rocker styles and colors, is the same as all the different colors choices for the Corvette. While everyone has their favorites, they all look awesome!!

Completely agree. All look great. Very hard decision. Just ordered the ACS Zero 7's. Got them primed. Decision now is whether to paint them to coordinate with the body and spoiler colors (Cyber Grey) or vent and louvre colors.

I just had ACS install the splitter and rockers at corvettes at Carlisle...
I had a chance to hold up the zero1 and zero7 to my car... I agree you can't go wrong with either. I only chose the zero1 because I felt the zero7 looks aggressive like the Z06 rockers, and I personally don't want to look like I'm trying to be a Z06.
