When I was looking at replacing my C5, it was either the new Jag or the C7 for me. Preference for a Corvette aside, the cost, power, and styling of the C7 won it out over the Jag. The Jag optioned the way I would've wanted it would've been well outside my acceptable spending range.

That said, I probably would've either gone "simple" and gotten something like the BRZ (small, flingable, and by all accounts from friends who own them, really fun) or maaaaybe something like a Porsche or something outlandish like a TVR or the like...? I dunno, since I got my C4 in the early 2000's, it's pretty much been "Corvette or nothing" for me, aside from my project vehicles.Whatever I would've gotten, it would have to have been interesting, cause I would sooner bicycle my 50 mile round trip commute than drive a Prius!

Default What if no C7?

Keep my Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang (1/500, 1/25 supercharged), find another orange Super Charged Saleen Mustang or get the orange GT40.

Yes, I am partial to "orange"......... can you say DSOM 2015 C7?

Another 911, M3 or I would buy a modern 928 in a second if Porsche ever started making a front engine RWD V8 again. That car was a blast.

I test drove the new Jag F Type.. Nice car.. But I already have a 2011 Jag XJL and its Nav System, Climate control and Stereo are soooo slow.. The 2014 F-Type had the same electronics lag... I don't understand why Jaguar cant find a minor computer issue like that! I just cant deal with trying to change the radio station and waiting 10 seconds for it to respond!!

Yep. I'd even spring for the Stryker Red or maybe even green.
