Default 2015 GM supplier pricing

I have been told by a couple dealers that GM will not allow GM Supplier pricing on 2015 models just yet. When I build a vehicle it allows the pricing and does not show any kind of restraints. According to two different dealerships I spoke with it's about a 3 month wait to allow dealerships to initially stock up on the 2015's. Both dealerships will honor GM Supplier pricing on 2014 models but I want a 2015 and for the $6000+ difference I want the GM Supplier pricing.

Does anyone really know if this is a restriction from GM?

Is this a ploy from the dealership? What are the true facts behind this?

Thanks,

The dealers are lying to you. GM is allowing Supplier on 2015's. It is up to the dealer to participate.

YES, I read that on the GM Supplier website and thought that might be the case. I just wanted to be sure before haggling with them over it. Thought it was odd that they would accept it on 2014's but not on 2015's. Seems that they should either participate in the program or not but not be selective about which vehicles they will honor it on!

Anyone know of a Dealership that is definitely honoring GM Supplier pricing on 2015 models right now?

Thanks,

Les Stanford and Van Bortel Chevrolet, both supporting dealers are accepting Supplier.

Participation by a dealer is totally voluntary and they can decide which models/years they will accept it on.

Yep. I ordered a 15 from Les Stanford and used the credit union discount. Your dealers are 100% lying to you.

Are the same dealers accepting Credit Union pricing?

If that is the case, since it is so easy to sign up for a credit union, I would think that they would be selling almost every C7 at a discounted price and cutting their profits tremendously. Makes no business sense, especially when a good portion of sales are OOT and won't be using them for service.

Yes they are. I just completed the deal on my 15 with Les Stanford using the credit union pricing (which is supplier pricing).

I got 23.5% off an ordered Z51 from Kerbeck. That included the 3K Loyalty rebate.
