Default Alignment specs for base C7?

Anyone have the alignment specs for a base C7 that can be passed along?

Thanks in advance.

Would that alignment be the same for a Z51, for street use?

Yes, FE3 is the Z51 w/o MSRC and FE4 is the Z51 with MSRC.

From the Track Prep PDF:

Corvette Stingray (with the Z51 Performance Package) wheel alignment settings should be set as follows for track use (and returned to normal when high-speed driving has ended):

Front (per corner)
  1. Caster: +7.0 degrees
  2. Camber: -2.0 degrees
  3. Toe: 0.05 degrees toe in
Rear (per corner)
  1. Caster: 0 degrees
  2. Camber: -1.7 degrees
  3. Toe: 0.05 degrees toe in
Thrust Angle: 0 degrees

The specs posted be Zymurgy are for factory spec like it was when you purchased the vehicle in 2014....

Here is the spec sheet for 2015

You will see a slight change in camber and cross camber but as it's +or- you are still in the same setting zone area most likely.

Hairballs post has the numbers that corrected my pull to the right. That -.02 on the left is the trick.

Does this also apply to the FE4 (Z51 Mag Ride) package?

Stingray with/without and Z51 with/without all use the same alignment settings (F1-F4). FE6 and FE7 support the Z06 and Z06/07

The suspensions that the settings apply to are shown on the left side of the charts that have been posted (under the RPO Restriction column).

Are there any changes for the 2016 FE4 settings? I'm interested in street settings to get good performance but great tire wear.

I think your real, and safest answer is in the post above yours by Zym. re "track prep" and "high speed driving." In other words, if you're going to go 150, whether it's on a track or elsewhere, that is high speed.

If you want the best control of your vehicle, Zym's post applies IMO. However, there's the possibility that if you don't do the recommended return to normal settings after your high speed runs, you may wear out your tires more quickly.

It's a trade-off: your life, or your tires' life.

Default Any Pfadtracing Alignment Update

This often quoted document is from 2011. Anything for a C7 2014-17?

I notice that the 2015 alignment calls for zero toe for the rear. I always ran 1/32"-1/16" toe-in on my IRS Mustang. The slight toe-in being necessary on IRS so the rear end doesn't wander at high speed or under hard braking.
Does the ELSD make this unnecessary?

This setup is a bit aggressive for the street; it will prematurely wear the inside edge of the front tires. The not so secret of even tire wear is keeping the camber to no more than -.5 and toe-in max of .100" and yes, this will work for all models, event GS and Z06.

I have been using this setup on my last 3 Vettes; all tires wore evenly and the car tracked straight as an arrow on the HWY...even at a buck 45.

Factory Street Alignment is set to benefit cornering over tire wear. As a result, in most cases, the inside portion of the front tires will wear more quickly than the rest of the tire. If you are most interested in even tire wear and lengthening the life of your tires, Paul Koerner recommends the factory setting for everything except Camber, which should be set at 0.0 for even wear.

Here's what my 2014 Stingray tires looked like at 14,000 miles with no track time...

I don't like the way my front tires scuff on slow sharp turns. 2LT, Z51 coupe. Sounds and looks like outside edge of tire!

Factory settings got me 33,000 miles out of my original tires - could have gone a couple of thousand more, but why risk it.... rears could, likely have gone another 5,000, maybe a bit more... a tire gauge is your friend.
