HELP! USB drive no longer working
I've only had my 2015 Stingray for 10 days. I have a 64 GB flash drive with music files that has worked perfectly in the car until today. Now the car doesn't recognize the drive. I've tried everything that I know of, including removing/replacing the drive, trying both USB ports, re-formatting the drive and then putting the files back on but nothing works. I've also tried using other flash drives in case my original one somehow got damaged. Nothing works. The most confusing part to me is that it all worked perfectly until today. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm completely baffled. I've tried several different flash drives and SD cards and none of them are recognized. It doesn't matter if I use the USB port behind the screen or the one in the center console.

Try unpairing your phone and any other devices.

You've already tried Settings > Return to Factory Settings > Restore Radio Settings > Confirm. Right?
How about Settings > Return to Factory Settings > Restore Vehicle Settings > Confirm?
How about Settings > Return to Factory Settings > Restore Vehicle Settings > Confirm?

Yup, I've already done all of the above to no avail. Now to make matters worse I've lost my outside temperature reading. All I get is two dashes followed by the degrees sign. Unless I'm missing something, there's not a single word about the outside temperature display in the owner's manual or the infotainment manual. I'm not a happy guy.

Had something similar happen yesterday, it would not recognize the SD card, and it had been working perfectly - turns out that I left the Media mode, went to XM radio, when I switched to Media it would not recognize the card. When I turned off the radio (with the button) the SD card was again visible and working. Not sure if that would help or not - just my own experience.
