Default Callaway conversion

Thinking of doing a Callaway Conversion on our 2014 Stingray and wondering if anyone has any experience with a conversion of this type and also if anyone has had to have warranty repairs done and software updates afterward and encountered any problems. Thanks.

Warranty repairs are managed at any competent Chevrolet Dealer, as we report our cars to GM after conversion -- there isn't any confusion it's a Callaway, and has a Powertrain Warranty in effect.

Regarding software updates, on the rare occurrence there is a material update which needs to be done, we work with your dealer to have your PCM sent to us, then we overnight back. It's a quick process. I hope this helps

I've got experience

I just got my black Z51 M7 back from Callaway about 2 weeks ago... what do you wanna know?

I haven't had any warranty repairs or software updates done yet; and there haven't been any problems. Initial thoughts: FAST. Exhaust sounds amazing. Good customer service. Tuned perfectly.

LMK if you want any pics, sound bytes, vids etc and I'll see what I can do

Wow Sean, gorgeous! Been thinking about it too and would LOVE any vids and sound clips ud post. Wouldn't want to kill my warranty and that pretty much leaves only callaway. Waiting. For an investment to mature and if It does, I'm thinking I'm gonna do it. Can't wait to see more.

Thanks. How long was it there? we had taken a ride down there a few weeks ago to talk with them and they had several in the shop and a few more in the yard. Good luck with it! Keep me posted with how much you enjoy driving it!!

They had it a couple of weeks. Customers service has been excellent. The are also doing a few z28's. Absolutely amazing. Nice getting calls with updates with out asking. So far I highly recommend.

Congrats!! I owned a Callaway C6 for almost 6 yrs WITHOUT a blip! The car performed impeccably and was very reliable. I only sold it because I got the hots for a C7 and now regret it. Go for the Callaway and get comfortable with being at the top of the food chain...

I've got a Callaway GS I've had for over 3 years now (wow, amazing how fast that time went). Not one issue. Fun car.

On the left picture what is that by the front of the hood-looks like a bird sticking its head into the hood which obviously it isn't but I cannot figure out what it is and I was curious. Nice car BTW and good luck with it.

Is there a limit on how old the car is for Callaway to take it? I wouldn't mind getting the conversion done but if like to wait till its paid off first ( next year ).
