Default *NEW* Apsis' Mesh Front Grille...just bend the tabs for installation....

Hi All,

We would like to introduce our new C7 Front Grille.

Our design is different from all other vendors. We have pre-welt every wire of mesh to the surround frame so the whole pc is very rigid. Then we also pre-weld the mounting tabs on the back side of Mesh Grille at very precise location so there is no interference with the stock grille.

For installation, you just push our Mesh Grille against the factory grille and then you just bend the tabs from behind and it will automatically lock in place.

The entire Mesh Grille including the mounting tabs is stainless.

We also take some close shots for front & rear to show you the details.

Here are the pictures.

Looks like there is a noticeable gap at the bottom left of the upper screen.

sorry, but that design is so 'over the top' with the OEM pattern showing behind....huge conflict between the 2 patterns.

Yes. We will bring our C7 Vert there for display. See you there. If you didn't go to Carlisle then you will be impressive to see our C7 Vert in person.

Hi Guys,

You are cheated by the white back ground and also the flash light. This is not the first time we make such mesh grille. We already have it for standard C6 and C6 Z06 since 2005 and customers do love it. In our opinion our Mesh Grille is much better quality than other vendors'. Most of mesh grilles out there is just a pc of die cut mesh and then wrap with a piece of rubber gasket and use cable tie for installation. We spent lots of labor to weld every single mesh wire to the surround frame dot by dot and also the mounting tabs. No other vendor make such kind of product in industry. You like it or not it's subjective and we do respect your opinion. But we do know Apsis also draw in our own customers and they are still willing to pay more for our products. So not everybody shares same perspective as yours.

In reality, when you install our Mesh Grille to your factory grille it won't show such big contrast because the background is engine compartment and quite dark. Of course if you use the Black Mesh Grille then it will look even better. Our Mesh Grille is available in chrome or black finish.

We know forum is tough crowd and we already get used to such negative comments. No problem. We have attended so many Corvette shows in past years and we saw the customers in person and we know what's their reaction. Still many customers love our products. That is why we still develop similar Mesh Grille for C7. All I can say is when you see in person you will get different perspective.

Thanks for your comments anyway.

It's because we didn't push all the way in and we just temp mount it to the factory grille to take quick shots. Once the Mesh Grille is pushed in and bend the tabs tight then there will be no gap at all.

if u can build Z06 style grille in carbon fiber just like all Apsis's products, then i'm sure you will get a different reaction from the crowd.

No plan to do that. It will take expensive mold for production and we don't believe we can sell enough kit to offset the tooling cost.

Default New pictures with black background

Hi All,

We just take some new pictures for our Mesh Grille with black background. It looks quite different from the previous pictures with white background.

When you install such Mesh Grille to your car, it will look similar to these pictures because the back ground is under the engine and also quite dark black background. So the factory plastic grille is not as noticeable as white background. Last time when we posted the pictures with white background some customers raised such concern. Now as you can see it looks much better.
