It appears that my car is also at the dealership. Unfortunately I still have a week before I can send them the check from my CU... working a few states away sucks!

Congrats, a real beauty.
Just got call from dealer, mine was off-loaded this morning (10/25/14). Going to sneak a peek today and pick up on Monday (banks closed today and Sunday).
Edit: He was nice enough to take cell-phone picture and send it to me. I'll stop by tomorrow with my camera.

Mine was built on 10/21, but has been at 4B00 ever since. VIN-08276
Please post the last 5 of your VIN: If you don't mind? I'd like to see how far behind I've fallen.

Wow!!! 2400 apart on VIN.
I goofed when entering mine, and have corrected my post to read 08276.
That's still 176 apart. There knocking them out pretty fast.
Are you still at 4B00 also?

Consecutive VIN ?
Stupid question, but do we know for a fact consecutive numbers come off the assembly line, maybe there are other factors, like a block of numbers assigned for different styles or whatever. I know this is probably a silly question, but I guess it just goes back to my auditing days where I was taught to never assume anything. Ron

No, our cars were built two days apart, mine moved on the tracking site Wednesday morning meaning it was built on the 21st, yours changed Friday morning meaning it was built on the 23rd. Many reasons for that even thought they were submitted at the same time by the same dealer, paint batching is one reason I think there were a couple other DSOMs done on the same day as mine, also the difference in VINs is about right being they are producing between 160 & 180 a day. Hopefully they get on the same truck, George called me Sat and said my invoice came in.

Thanks for the clarification

I'm just having a hard time accepting mine sitting at 4B00 for 5 days. I can't even imagine what those early beta testers went through sitting in Nashville for a month.

We just want these cars yesterday
I've heard the VIN # is assigned before ever getting near the assembly line, but I think were safe to assume the actual build would be within a day or two at the most.

I agree with you Ed, I would like to be driving mine now, patience is a virtue I sometimes lack. I guess we all would like to think we are special, that as soon as our car comes off the assembly line our truck is waiting to load it and delivery it to us, even if it is the only car on the truck, or in my case my car and Bob's car. I know the logistics of what cars are going where plays into it. I had figured that even if my car was completed early in the week it wouldn't go out until 3 or 4 days after weeks end. I have no basis for this, just what I was thinking. I think if we can progress to 4200 by early next week it will be ok. Ron
Edited to add:
Customer Service chat line says, "could be for Quality Control check."
For 5 days? I doubt it. Quality control check, and sent for repairs I'd believe.

It's that 4B00 status, for 5 days, that bothers me. If it got passed off to the carrier, and was just sitting around waiting to be loaded on a truck I would feel better. 4B00 is just an unknown: it could be for any number of things, but no good ones come to mind at the moment.

I really do not think 5 days is unusual and in some cases up to 10 working days. They have close to 1000 on the lot and each truck can take up to 12 cars. You have to figure scheduling a truck load where they can off load in the same geographical area.
On another note my 14 was built 8/28/13 and I received it 10/30/13 and the dealer did not know where it was for at least 30 days and no it did not go to Nashville, it went to Roush Industries in Lavonia, MI and was delivered from there.
Now I think with our VINs being in the 8xxxs that doesn't work like my 14 with a VIN of 0170. I think yours will soon come off 4D00 and get to your dealership very soon, your dealership should be able to tell you when it goes 4200 (Shipped)

You early Beta testers went through a whole different routine than what has become the norm. It can't be compared to what is going on a year and a half later. Those cars, like yours, that went to Roush where to have further modifications, or equipment installed.
4B00 Bayed; Is not ready to be shipped by carrier.
4P00 is, "handed off to carrier." At that point they are waiting to be loaded by carrier.
4D00, which you mentioned, is "On hold at plant," I have never been at that status.
This morning the chat line informed me that I've gone from 4B00-Bayed, where it was at for 5 days, to 4000-Vehicle available to ship.
I have no idea if this is a step forward, or backward since this is the same status it was at on 4/21 after being built. It then went to 4B00 for 5 to 6 days, and now it's back to 4000.
It's all very confusing when all you can get is numbers, and not a description of what is actually going on.

George just called at 5:15 and my car was off loaded, so I assume yours is there also. I am going in tomorrow afternoon to figure out what I am going to do, my road is under construction and there is no way I can get up the driveway much less drive on 1 mile of dirt.
