Convertible Top Care...
Coming from owning 2 previous hard top convertible cars, wondering what's the best way to prep/care for the C7 convertible's cotton/fabric(?) top?
Is there a spray or coating to protect it from UV, water, etc...?
Thanks,

I just wash mine like the rest of the car and use a lint roller on it when it is dry.

Raggtopp. Don't use any kind of lint generating wipe. (You will be sorry) I use a sponge to remove water. The sponge when wet (just wet not saturated) makes a great dust remover, just wipe over the top. On occasion I might use masking tape to remove a few dust/lint particles. There will also be times when the rain will self clean the fabric, if top starts to look dingy, rain will remove imbedded dust from the weave. Amazingly simple!

Thanks for the sugg for both products.
Looks like Amazon carries them both.
Or are there better places to buy them? Maybe local store?

Melting Slicks
Eventually...dust and the soot from your exhaust will get into convertible enclosure well and each time you put it down it will get lines where folds and hinges press fabric against well.
Wipe down that well all the time!
Ragg Top is great but gets expensive after a while; best for hard stains OR to water-treat once per season.
Best bet is to buy a quality brush and put 1 drop of Joy or dishwashing liquid on it and light swirl around.
Autogeek and other sell a boars-head brush; Rubbermaid sells a Tampico brush which is a natural palm plant fibre, for like $5 at Ace/
Key is not to use a plastic-scrub brush as it will "cut" the fabric produce the dreaded white "fuzz" on black tops and grey tan tops.
Keeping the top clean is the best way to make it last forever.
