Thanks for posting. I will say I have never had a car that charges so hard and doesn't let up at all when the gears switch. It is unbelievable. All other cars I've ever drove or ridden in have a drop in rpm's and a delay as they build back up, including my other 3 Vettes. Not this car. It is absolutely continual thrust, non-stop, like a rocket. I love it. Amazing.

The article in Road and Track very much details my experiences with our new 2015 Z51 3LT. This is my third Corvette and first automatic. Hey, I'm getting older and I am really pleased with the overall feel of driving the 8 speed. The paddle shifts are precise, especially in the Sport mode. I can't wait to try the Track mode but our Vette is still low mileage and we are running in varying speeds and low loads. Trying to stay under 4,000 RPM's for the first 500 miles is tough, but this weekend will make its mark. To date little or no oil consumption even with pushing the envelope. Stay tuned.

This is really good news for some of us who are thinking of going from manual to automatic for the first time.
