Waxing over Black Diamond Crystal Seal
I have used Black Diamond polish, Wet Diamond, & Crystal Seal with 2 coats and love the results. My question is will applying a good wax on top of that appropriate, will it add an even better look? I was considering applying a coat of Griot's on top of what I have already done. I was wondering if I should have waxed before I applied the Crystal Seal. Did some searching but really couldn't find anything specific on waxing over sealant.

I use BF Crystal Seal. After I did the initial deep detail as per Glen's instructions, I now just reapply the crystal seal once a month. Takes 15 minutes after a good wash. If your looking to maintain that deep shine, Glen told me this is a good route to go. it works for me! You get that constant gloss and the protection to boot.

I did Glen's procedure when I did my three step process with Black Diamond and really like the brand, first time I have used it. I was wondering if a good wax would add anything more to the already great shine.

Glen suggests a Duragloss product that you can put on top of it. Duragloss 951. I've use it and it seems to add some pop. So much of this is subjective I really can't tell for sure. All I know is that I need to put on sunglasses to look at my car.

Stay with blackfire...dont mix mfrs...the wax is midnight sun, see autogeek or autopia...but realize you are doing it because you like it, it wont add "night and day" results. Spend some time here and school yourself instead of blindly following my procedure for newbies, there are a thousand ways to skin this cat:
