Default Busy week of deliveries, astronauts, rare sports cars/motorcycles/pictures etc****

There is no such thing as an uneventful day or week in my work schedule and I wouldn't have it any other way. Folks from all walks of life visited, took delivery and plain just hung out and talked Corvettes.

~Famous Astronaut took delivery of this beautiful Velocity Yellow 2015 Z51 factory order Convt. His first words upon seeing it are not for print.

~Ron from Philadelphia PA area drives 3 hrs just for his oil changes because he likes our dealership so much.

~Ron and Jill from Greensboro, Georgia flew into Wash DC for a tour of the sights knowing today was delivery day of their very first Corvette. Factory ordered a shark Gray cpe. Drove back to GA in style.
Two of the nicest people you could ever want to meet and I am thrilled for them.

~Two future Z06 owners came by on and in their rides. One is a 2006 Lamborghini and the other is one hell of a Bike. Look at that custom paint!!

~Florida customer got his special plates-

~ Timmy is a Corvette man from birth. His Grandfather traded in two C5's for a new Limerock Green Convt several months back. Timmy is one cool kid.

~Z06 customer from Texas can't wait to fill in his one of every generation white/red Corvette collection.

~Last week at the golf course I parked next to my buddies 2010 ZR1.

~Several truckloads came in this week.

~Delivered a beautiful 2014 Convt in Laguna Blue 1LT 7spd manual the other day.

~Last Saturday the Gburg Corvette Club had a ride out rally that left from Criswell.

~~~Don’t miss this remarkable home movie from 1957 Nassau Race in the Bahamas. The quality is quite good, but no sound; make race car noises while you watch. There are shots unloading the cars from the transport, driving though town to get to the track, and a lot of close-ups of drivers, cars, and pit [...]
Your first delivery was literally "out of this world".
We remember your "Texas thread" a couple of years ago when you delivered the owner of all white/every generation of Corvettes. Another one on the way...... 7 in a row.
You sure do keep busy making Corvette ownership a reality to a lot of people. Way to go, Mike.
There's lot's to comment on but since the vert was first up I'll just say that's the most striking C7 Vert I've seen pics of. And I'm not even a Vert fan (any longer).
Ron likes to cruise, and who wouldn't like that in a C7. But do not miss out on your home turf at Carlisle... Ron.
Shark Gray is instant recognition. It's a '15
The M/C guy missed a great annual in FWB FL. Weather was perfect. Maybe next year.
Lambo is starting to look a little dated, but for the rear. Notice the vertical line ending at the taillight? He will feel right at home in a yellow C7.
Are C7's really Grappy?
Tim is on his way.
No SWC for the collector? Maybe work on that? White/RED C6 MIA or is that a cover?
Smoke In is a good buddy to have.
What do the neighbors think with truckloads of stuff coming in all the time?
I take back everything I said abt the first Vert cause pics now take me to LB. Mike's color. Can't say anything bad abt Mike and his new friends.
What's with the jacket at the show? The gal is in short sleeve!
and
for taking care of business last week
No putting greens in basements here in Austin. No basements, but golf courses all over the place! No more than 15-18 mins. to at least 6 of them from my house. Nice stories to go with the photos, also.
There is a C6 vert at the very end of that photo, beside the C5.
Yes the C6 I sold him is a 427 Convt in white with red/black interior. Very rare because most white 427's were 60th anniversary editions.
I really liked that Nassau Weeks video even without the sound. The Corvettes look good, too, both old and new.
Am I going blind? Interior looks grayish from here. But I'm 1000 miles away.
That's understandable. Texas sun did a trick on me too at Ft Hood.
I looked like a TORCH RED Maine Lobster
I recovered nicely in Vietnam.
