Default C7 Side skirts - Rockers "cross-section view""

I have looked at so many C7 side skirts/rockers that I may have become numb to the differences between the various offerings. It appears that most side skirts are basically "flat".

I am trying to find a view of the "cross-section" of the side skirt...say about midway of the length. I am looking for a side skirt that "blends" in with the C7 lower body contour and is more subtle. It appears from the many I have looked at, that the majority of side skirts have a flat/horizontal cross-section with a more aggressive profile.

The ACS side skirts seems to have a cross-section that blends upward to the C7 lower body line. I have contacted ACS for confirmation but no answer yet. Any others? Your opinions?

My opinion; side skirts look like crap and ruin the design lines on the car. Front splitter looks ok but eats up ground clearance, could scrape.

I think the Side Skirts look good if you have the right ones installed. I have been looking around at the options but have not found the right ones just yet. Saw a set on a Vette posted on this site and am trying to get the OP to tell me who manufactured them.

Hi Zajac,

Our Zero1 Rocker has its upper edge tangent to the edge of the OEM rocker. The effect is quite elegant as the reflections are continuous.

See profile view of the part.

ACS, thank you for the 3-D details on the profile of the ACS Zero 1 Rocker. The details of the Zero 1 cross-section are now clear and confirm what I suspected. But there was no point is ordering the rockers and not have the details confirmed prior to ordering.

Obviously, just like what is the "best color" of a C7, or whether rockers or rear spoilers improve the look of a C7, each person will have their ownn opinion which is understandable. As an aside, I did like the one comment I read on the C7 rear spoiler wherein he said; "spoiler" is aptly named" as it spoils the line of the C7. But lets not start another discussion on the spoiler subject.

I think ACS Zero1 is what you're after.

There are differencecs in shape. Added mine mainly to stop debris from marking rocker panels. These Carbon Fiber Skirts from LG Motorsports have a lot of vetrical contour and match my CF roof. Best I can do is these pics:

Do the Zero 1 Rockers only come with the Front Wheel Deflectors or can they be ordered without the Front Wheel Defelctors? I tried to order just the Rockers but your website defaults to include the Front Wheel Deflectors which I do not want.

HI Hd,

Not sure which item you are looking at, there are no deflectors with our rockers, here is the product link

http://www.acscomposite.com/project/...tegory=9149724

If you have an issue, let me know.

Exactly that and here is what happens when I go to order them. It will not let me delete the Deflectors....

Try clearing the bag and start over.... other wise.

Email us, and we'll set up the order for you.

My front air splitter & side skirts are Concept 7 by Jeff Nowicki. I think they look great, and a number of people who see them at cruise-in's agree.
