Default What size magnetic drain plug do I need to replace my Z51 Dry Sump plug?

Looking to have my dealer change the oil but would like him to re-install a magnetic drain plug. What size should I get to use as a replacement and where do I get it? Seems that my AM parts store doesn't have a book with this information in it.

Size M12-1.75 from AutoZone. Part #653096. You will need 2 if you didn't already know that.

Have used them on my wife's '08 Z06. Installed them on the 1st oil change on the C7.

Thanks for the part number. I've been debating which ones to get.

You're welcome! I had a fellow CF share the same info with me back in April when it was time for my first oil change.

I bought the two magnetic drain plugs I put in my Z51 from http://www.powerslutracing.com/oil-drain-plugs.html they use very strong magnets, check out their site for some good info. They have them listed by car type. One forum posted indicated the one they bought at a local auto parts store broke! Another said their dealer would not install the one they bought! Check first. These are a quality plugs with well machined threads.
