Our Z51 3LT was just unloaded.

I wish I got to unwrap mine. They actually gave me the wrapping, but after a while, I threw it away.

Mine was on showroom floor but the dealer had kept the wrap and gave it to me. I'll keep it somewhere as I'm pretty **** about keeping my cars original and the wrap is part of that.

I was able to unwrap mine September 23rd, 2013. Back then a big issue on the Forum was whether owners would be allowed to keep the cover or if it had to be returned to be re-used . A bulletin was sent out to dealers instructing them to hold on to the cover for the owner. I kept mine for about a year, finally tossed it.

Got to do mine last night. Tom at Bud's jumped through some hoops and held off until I got there. First-class operation. Brought it home today.

I could have but elected to let the dealer do the prep work. The dealer is compensated by GM to prep the car and if something was damaged there wouldn't be a hassle. Insurance companies are always looking for a way to not pay a claim.
