Foolish irresponsible driver. Doesn't deserve to command such a magnificent ship.

That's why you leave the electronic nannies on. Plenty of machismo in the Corvette crowd.

True but you can easily lose it even with the nannies on.

I've gotten mine loose a couple time accelerating away from a stop but all it takes is a little lift and the tail tucks back in. People need to learn throttle control. Then again, stupid is as stupid does....

Yeah me too. The car does a good job correcting itself if you use your brain.

Good thing the BMW driver didn't bite because that C7 would have swerved right into his side.

+1
Accelerating hellbent for election into a tight curve.
Good grief.
He won't try the stunt, again.

Only a truly great chassis c/would save this idiot from certain disaster.

All I saw was a slow BMW that couldn't keep up. The C7 driver had to fishtail to keep it interesting.

This ^^^

I was reading in one of the new ZO6 reviews how the A8 is designed for slower shifts when a yaw is detected so the car cannot experience a wide open gear shift while the car is cornering versus much faster shifts when the car is traveling in a straight line.

The idiot in the link let their ego get ahead of basic common sense. Hopefully seeing themselves look like a real noob in front of the whole world will burn a common sense reminder in his/her memory banks

You just don't do that on the street IMO. Even if you think you are the best driver out there, you know nothing about the other driver. Had that BMW driver been an irresponsible fool this could have been really bad.

Looks like he lost traction while he was still going straight.

Was that a Nissan GTR that passes on the other side at the beginning of the video?

It's a good thing the C7 got ahead of the Beemer or it really would have been ugly. Accelerating into a curve did not help matters.

The woman was running from the oncoming traffic on the other side of the road.
