Just type in first name, last name, then select that you're checking on your order from a drop down menu.

Sometimes it takes a while for them to get with you.

I ordered my shark gray 2lt the week before Halloween and I am at 3400. Adrenaline red interior with black wheels red calibers, zf1 appearance package, navigation, carbon flash, transparent roof and manual transmission. Any thoughts on how long from here. The order tracking website is always down I chat with gm but they can't tell how long to build it. I was hopeful for Xmas but doubt it.

I have my VIN! Can't answer about anyone else's. I am getting museum delivery and the photo album, so I have been able to get all of that from the folks at NCM. You might want to talk with your dealership, they can get better info than LiveChat can.

Per Chevy chat I don't have a VIN yet. I'll get with Joe Classic tomorrow to see if he can investigate from the dealer side vs. chat.

LiveChat told me I was at 3400 with no TPW and no VIN, 2 hours later I had my TPW and VIN from the NCM. LiveChat works off of weekly reports that don't always have the latest information, and with holidays they don't even get updated weekly. Your dealer should be able to get the most current info.

so once NCM has your vin, can you schedule museum delivery? Does the museum call you or do we need to call them? very confused on this matter.

Well, first you have to have ordered the R8C option when you placed the order on your car. This is the Museum Delivery option.

They will then call you when the car has been produced and is ready for delivery to arrange a date.

You can expect a call from Shane about your custom dash plaque about 2-3 weeks before your car goes into production. That's when all the fun begins.

Then some of us have to wait for the dreaded truck-rail-truck shipping.

Shane called me today, offered me a delivery date of 12-23. I was super excited until i remembered christmas was 2 days later, no way i was makin it back to california. I set it up for Jan 6th, which was my original target date. Cant wait!
