Looking at a C7-are Black wheels, spoiler and mirrors really that popular?

I like all the guys with black wheels asking how you like my wheels I can't see them they look like black holes. That is sort of like camouflage you know the snipers there but you can't see him. Black wheels to lazy to clean.

Nice! I think the machined face wheels combine all the best features of silver wheels and black wheels and give a better look than either one alone.

black spoiler and mirror is not a ZF1 option only. You can add a Z51 style spoiler for I believe $700 and do carbon flash spoiler and mirrors with base wheel, or you can get the ZF1 package which includes the Z51 style spoiler and upgraded Z51 style wheels for $2000. Or you can keep the base spoiler and wheels. Either way, its $100 to do carbon flash spoiler/mirror add on.

I went night race blue with the carbon flash trim option on a Z51. It all blends together til the light hits it then it pops quite nicely. I have the silver wheels currently but will be getting them custom powdercoated in the near future, still sorting out the color(s) I'm considering, shades of black and dark grey. I've got the carbon flash emblems on order as well as the carbon flash ACS Zero7 side skirts. Currently have a Vette Stripes carbon flash stinger on the hood, though talking with a shop about getting a custom painted carbon flash stinger. Can't wait to get all those goodies on!

Well corvette blogger has 2014 Z51 vert and coupe cars 48% compared too chromes 34% for 2014 production model totals so I guess almost half the guys went black on the Z51 vert and coupe cars.

Some cars have stingrays on the fender,behind the side vent, and some don't. Which ones get them?

Personally, I'm not a fan of the black wheels but whatever a person likes that's their choice and I have no problem. But, I can say this from the statements made by most of my friends that have black wheels. They are no way easier to keep clean than chrome wheels and the brake dust shows up even quicker so please don't assume people get them because they're lazy.

I removed the Corvette script across the rear and swapped all 4 emblems with the carbon flash emblems. The chrome strip across the grill needs to go too.

Very nice looking. I like the black look, depending on exterior color, but I would go with this if I get a C7.

Just yesterday, Sunday, I was out looking at Corvettes at a local dealership. This dealership has over 40 new Corvettes in inventory. Only 4 or 5 Corvettes had Chrome Wheels, the rest were Black. I don't care for the Black Wheels myself but it appears Black is the current trend ...
