Alvin in Naples, FL gets his 3rd Corvette from me this AM/pics***
Alvin called me up three yrs ago and we talked cars for 30 minutes before we even discussed his want of a 427 Convt 60th Anniv.
Alvin's Father was quite the Collector/restorer of vehicles from 1930-1965...so much so that when he decided to sell his 65 car collection in 1995
that a famous New York Auction house called Christies held a huge Auction. Fast forward and Alvin ordered his 427 Convt from me and then a C7
in 2014 for his wife and now today, Plycon delivered at 8am this morning (yes Sunday) his Laguna Blue with Adrenaline Red Z06.
Alvin text me these pictures and then I picked up the phone and spoke with him. He loves the new Z and is thrilled with every
choice we made for his order.
Alvin's neighborhood is prepared for the throaty sound of any one of his Corvettes!!

Alvin now needs to invest in some more garage lifts for his "stable".
Alvin's wife needs to keep that thumbs up jesture handy when the local LEO's "greet" her on the roadways of Naples...... to check out the first 2015 ZO6 in the area, of course.

Haven't seen any new ZO6 here yet, but lots of C7's running around.
One night a few years ago, eating out doors on 5th Ave, we counted 41 Vettes of many different years go by.

Saw a Laguna Blue yesterday with another "Salt and pepper headed" driver immediately thought "Alvin"..but alas was not a Z06, just another smiling and waving S. Florida Corvette owner.
Saw six and got 5 waves. Not too shabby
