Very classy color combo
So I am driving home at dusk in a light rain just a little while ago, when I am passed by a C7 Z51 convertible sporting a color combo I have never seen in person. The car was Crystal red Tintcoat with Brownstone top and interior. I did not think I would like this combo, but up close and in person, it is one of the best color combos for the convertible I have seen. Classy and understated and the dark brown top really melts (in a good way) into the dark red paint...

Don't believe Brownstone top was offered, only Black, Kalahari, Gray and Blue. You sure it wasn't Kalahari? Maybe a wet Kalahari looks darker at dusk? Regardless, I fully agree that with a Brownstone interior (what I have ordered in my Laguna Blue 'vert), I would much rather have a Brownstone top than the Black I ordered.

Are you sure the interior was not Kalahari if you thought the top was brownstone. Crystal red and Kalahari interior with a Kalahari top is real classy.

If the top was Kalahari, then the rain must have really darkened the color, because it was "spooky" dark and drop dead gorgeous. The coloring really made the top "blend' into the body. I was very impressed. Wish I had a pic...
