I really like the one that was filmed at Ron Fellows / Spring Mountain. It shows the capabilities, performance and the grace of the car in an environment that stresses safety. It says, if you want to go fast and on the edge, this car will do it and the place to do it, is on a track. Great commercial.
The other one I find objectionable as it portrays speed on a normal street which is the exact antitheses of safety. While I believe the target audience for Corvettes is far more sophisticated and unaffected by street racing types of portrayals I think that overall, this type of advertising needs to be totally eliminated for all manufacturers.
If you look at some of the commercials for Japanese cars, they also depict street racing and make it look glamorous. This should be discouraged as it often leads to senseless deaths. In short, advertise the car, in an environment that conducive to safety and so as to not give any of the squirrels stupid ideas.

thanks for that the First one was the best
my fav ever was the C6 but they were under pressure to pull it when they aired it during the super bowl people thought it would make kids want to go steal a car so they pulled it
