Not only can an officer pull you over for that or any other violation they see or even believe you have committed, they can pull you over for a law they believe you have committed even if their understanding of the law is wrong. Please get your facts straight. The Supreme Court has ruled on it many times and this is the most recent:

Per American Disabilities Act.

Please actually do some research before you post. You are 100% wrong.

If you have a placard, you're fine by me.
If you don't, watch out!
I agree. I have a pinched Sciatic nerve in my lower back with shooting pain and numbness down both legs. Walking can be very painful. My orthopedic surgeon filled out the California DMV paperwork for me to get a placard and ID. Looks can be deceptive.

What? I mean you just read it on the Internet. That makes it true. It makes it so true that many people will quote the source. ( sarcasm )

Jeez, ADA says you can't discriminate against people with disabilities. How do you think you identify them if you don't ask? Not everyone is in a wheelchair.

I'm a disabled Veteran and had a placard, but threw it away. I get around good enough not to need to park up front.

I think that the new Design draws in the younger crowd, I'm 39 I sorta considered a C6 and then C7 was like wow and had to get one traded in my ZL1, but waited for the 8 speed .

People need to mind their own business. I could have got a Yellowstone employee fired for asking what my disability was becaused I "looked normal" even though i have a diabled park pass.
