Default 24 hrs later - New Z06 Owner

Ordered my car from Mike Furman at Criswell Chevrolet in MD last February. Just came in and I picked it up yesterday, 54 weeks is a long time to wait. Drove about 65 miles home and around a few miles so far. Bad weather was coming so I parked it in garage last night, got to working on it today.

Wiped it down really well and added several coats of polish and wax. Tinted all the windows, rear and side reflectors. Lowered as far as it would go using the factory bolts. Replaced the rear cargo light bulbs with LEDs.

Tomorrow I have a buddy wrapping the front end, rockers and rear with Xpel film. Few other mods coming soon.

Few pics below, prior to lowering it.

Nice car. I'm working with Mike as well. Who is doing the protective film for you?

My buddy Skip owns - http://www.pftfilms.com/

Matter of fact, my old Lamborghini is the green one on his website Home page

Give him a call, he has been doing film for a LONG time. Does excellent work.

Thanks, Mike recommended him as well. I definitely will be in touch with him. Have read too many horror stories about film installation. Seems the installer is the key more so than the product. Enjoy your Z06.

Beautiful Z! Love the CRM & hope they keep it! You may want to consider putting protection on the rear fenders as well, as it's a very vunerable location especially without rockers.
