You're at the point I was a year ago with 'still' no book. I had to follow up on it, it finally arrived 9 months after I took delivery. But did arrive.

Received my leather (Kalahari) sleeve and black book yesterday (4/17/15). The Z51 was ordered mid-September, built the first week of December, and took possession 12/20/14.
