I picked the car up this morning, left the dealership, then honked the horn. The screen didn't flicker. Go figure! LOL

As quickly as the flicker stopped it returned again. Also, when I hold the horn down the screen flickers multiple times until I release the horn.

I too had the flickering screen issue and took it to the dealer for service last Wed 3/18. They thought perhaps the GM recommended software update was the fix but since then I have noticed a couple of issues:
1. As I was driving home from the dealer I turned on my XM and it did absolutely nothing. I mean the AM worked fine and the FM was fine. (No trees or overhead obstructions to block the XM signal and the subscription doesn't renew until May). I turned around and took it back. They looked at it (outside of the building) and while they were looking at it the XM magically came back on. I drove home with it without further issue.
2. Today (Mar 21) I took it out for a drive. Initially when I got in the Corvette logo flashed on the dash and the infotainment screen like it normally does but after I backed it out of the garage I noticed the infotainment screen was dark/black. I tried the radio and could only get AM and FM. After a little driving the XM returned but the screen was still dark/black and the backup camera display didn't work either.
Since the dealership service is now closed (closes Sat at 1 PM and no Sun work), I have submitted my online request for a Mon AM service appointment. Mine is an early 2014 not sure if it matters or not. The software patch was to bring it up to current. I will update when I know more.

this is strange my 2014 z51 just started to flicker this afternoon. i read where you just lightly honk the horn and it goes away. i tried it and it work perfectly. anybody knows anything about this? should i still go get a new screen anyway?
