That list lost all credibility when they put the VW Golf on it.

What a crock. It is way too early for anyone to know if those cars will ever be collectible or not. Too many variables come into play when you deal with collectability.

Yes, those are the "collectibles" for the day. Take it for what it is worth. Any of these lists are subjective anyway.

Id think that with the new Ford GT coming out the old ones would increase in value. The older GT's actually have an engine worth the sheet metal its surrounded in, the new FGT has a V6 from a truck with a couple turbos thrown at it. No thanks I'll take the old FGT any day of the week over the new one.

It has to be true...its in an article! It kind of reminds me of a Beanie Baby collector book my daughter had once. All BB's would be worth hundreds of dollars someday....yea right, never happened.

Good grief. This isn't even relevant. The C12 Will be out before these are collectables. And only then out you have a fully optioned out model with 5000 miles.

The ZR-1 would've made any "future collectible" list in 1990. It never lived upto the hype obviously. Nobody really knows.
My guess is that no modern 'Vette is going to be collectible with current production numbers. They would have to produce a unique model (like GM did with the Z/28) to have a chance.

Cars were meant to be driven. Drive it and enjoy it. By the time the C7 is collectable there may be no cars and every car will be a collector item
