Rubber Ducky

This may have been discussed earlier but cannot find threads that match the problem.

When I lower and then raise the infotainment screen, it apparently doesn't mate correctly with the connectors when it returns to the up position. I get a rapidly blinking screen or a blank screen. The prob may fix itself after awhile, but returns and is getting more frequent even if I haven't lowered/raised the screen.

Obviously a trip to the dealer is called for. Have found on recall for new software but I think this a connector problem.

Anyone else seen this? Any easy fixes? Tks.
