What a hot combination! BTW, the store you went to was out of whatever it was that you really didn't need, but the one another 25 miles away had some of whatever it was that you decided you needed while you were on your way there.

Firstly a big shout out to Mike Furman. He told me that he could get me into a factory order Z51 with Painted roof before the end of March, and he did it with a day to spare :-)
It is my first Corvette so I have no prior experience with other dealers, but Mike did exactly what he said he would do and was incredibly responsive and helpful on the journey
So I picked up my Shark Gray / Adrenaline Red Z51 yesterday. There is no such thing as a bad looking C7 but I am really pleased with the color combo I chose. I have always been a sucker for gray or bright Orange cars (I can't even explain why I like those 2 VERY different colors so much!!)
This is the first properly fast car I have owned since I stopped racing Lotuses in the UK 10 years ago and I had forgotten how a truly fast car feels. And this delivers power in such a different way to European and Japanese small capacity, high revving engines.
Very impressed so far, found three really crap reasons to drive to the store last night :-)
Pictures not properly staged as yesterday was very overcast, so will work on some better ones soon

I have actually seen a Shark Grey with the full length dual Orange stripes. It was at the NCM waiting for delivery.
You may have to seek out an after market painter.
Enjoy your new C7. It is a blast to drive.
