Photoshoot for Corvette Magazine
First off a big shout out and thanks to Matt and his guys over at Florida Speed and Power. Like some others on here the modding bug hit. For about a year I've been running an ECS 1500 with a single nozzle meth kit. Back in December I decided to do the next step and put in a cam and headers. At that point I figured why I had it apart, I might as well forge the motor, went with ultra billet rods, etc. Then, while I was doing that, I figured why not just replace the crank and build a 416 stroker, so we threw in a Callies Magnum crank ... then added another nozzle... then a 3.7 pulley etc etc.
FSP built me a breather setup that they are now selling. I know a lot of people with breathers are complaining about the smell, so they mounted theirs down near the passenger side front bumper, which is the furthest point from the cabin filter. I did not smell any fumes coming in. Plus sticking out from the bottom is a little petcock to drain it. I am running a breather in conjunction with a catch can for the dirty side.
I got the car back last week and all I can say is wow. This thing is a beast. And the sound.. with the 2" AR headers really livened the thing up. Sounds great with the Corsa Extreme exhaust. As a surprise, FSP also setup a photoshoot for Corvette Magazine and last Wednesday we hit the local raceway to do a photoshoot for an upcoming issue. I'm not really into burnouts and wasting tires, but they wanted an "action shot".
On the dyno it was pushing right under 850rwhp and 780ftlbs of torque. This was on a Mustang dyno that typically reads 10-12% lower that the "standard" Dynojet that most use. I'm interested in seeing the numbers from the Dynojet. I'm very happy with the car, it goes like hell and sounds like a beast. We did run out of fuel pump so down the road I may swap to the Z06 pump.
Here are a few pics and videos.

Sometimes people say red looks like "orangeish" in certain light, that's why I though you were making a joke. After you play a video on YouTube they then recommend related videos.
