Flood Damage maybe? There is no reason not to ship the car to the dealer and let them do the repairs. They might have already written the car off and are building a new one, that's my guess.

Hey raiderh20boy, just received email from the dealer....he got word from the 'fulfillment center' stating my corvette was put on a train today and should be here in about a week!! Not sure if I believe it, but contact your dealer today, hopefully you are on the same train!

My dealer contacted the "district manager" for gm who put my vehicle on a "hot list" and a few days later is on a train. ....supposedly. ...maybe your dealer can do the same?

Man...this is so wrong. My last train update this morning indicated my rail car has left Chicago and heading west. I think there is really something out of the ordinary going on with your car....just doesn't make any sense.

I feel for you brother....confirmed on a train heading to so cal eta on the 29th.... can you find the set up you ordered at conte or another dealer on this site?? I cannot believe your dealer cannot do more since he is a large dealer! As soon as the owner of the dealership called the district manager and put me on the 'hot list' it moved within a couple of days....absolutely insane...

I think we just threw in the towel on it! The questions we would always have concerning why it kept being passed over for shipping out,whether it was physical damage or mechanical in nature is a MAJOR CONCERN. It was built complete on March 4 !
We have NO COMPLAINTS with the dealer as we will be looking forward to ordering a 2016 from them.
