Default QuickJack 5000 Experiences

Anyone have experience with this, good or bad? Stability? Usability?

http://www.quickjack.com/products/qu...-capacity.html

They have pics on their website showing a C7. So it appears to be low enough to drive over it, and matches up with the correct lift points.

Wow that is a must have!!!

Affordable, quick, easy, portable. Their video even shows how it is perfect lift system for a C7, comes with the necessary pad/puck to keep from damaging the rocker panels.

I dont see any negatives.

Thanks for the link!

I have one, it works well. I store mine under the car in the center with no issues. For what I want to use it for, brakes, oil changes, detailing etc it does a great job. I was skeptical at first but am satisfied with it now

I don't think I could be under that and not be worried that it would collapse. Not saying it would, but I would constantly be on edge. JMHO.

There is a steel bar safety lock on each side. I would have no worry about getting under these.

got one. used it several times. works great.

ditto about the steel safety bar. if you are concerned, you could always use the lift to raise the car up, put jackstands under it, and lower it onto the jackstands. still much easier that jacking up each corner of the car.

also, one you have used it, I think you will trust it.

if you are in the Chicago area, pm me and you can come over to see mine.
