Looks really nice! Cool stripes too. How long did it take you start to finish?

Took me 3 hours and this was the 1st time I have every done any thing to a car. Would have been about 2 if I did not have issues with the bracket by the headlights. Luckily read another post that said to loosen the bolts at the bracket. Not easy to get to but once I did slid right off. Then tightened them back before I put back on.

Nice job, although I may be the only one on this forum who prefers the so called retainer grill.

Nice change to the looks of the car by adding the Z06 grille, although the chrome strip on the stock grille looks OK to me. And BTW, love that color combo.

+1

We pay a couple grand for chrome wheels, but can't wait to get the grill black.

I also prefer the look of the silver retainer as I like the contrast. I always preferred silver/chrome contrast to black.

Looks good! I have and like the retainer. However, I feel the look depends a lot on the rest of the car. If you are going for a black out look (rims, badges, stripes etc.) it only makes sense to carry it up front. I have chrome wheels and badges, so the retainer fits well.

Much better looking! IMO the chrome stripe is a mistake in design, I know some like it but it looks so much better with out it! Nice work.

Question, Will the snap in GM aero plate holder still work with the Z06 grill?

Looks sooo much better!

My grill arrives Thursday, I'll have this completed by next weekend also! It's a must have for a already blacked out trim car, the single strip of chrome trim just didn't look right.

From the get go, one of the biggest things that threw me off was that chrome line! This makes the car look 1000 times better! This is the first mod ill do once i get my c7
